We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of upto 600 daily incoming phone calls to the practice. We apologise for the delay this is causing in answering your calls. To ensure the Practice can respond to Medical Prioritieswe are requesting that you do notcontact us to query when your vaccine will be, this is preventing us from helping patients with medical needs. We will contact you when it is your turn to be vaccinated.
All patients are still required to submit eConsults, unless with exceptional circumstances. Once you have submitted your eConsult form, ensure you keep your mobile with you to answer the clinician's phone call. We will attempt to contact you twice, if there is still no response you will be required to complete another eConsult form and wait for the next available appointment. Please help the Practice to avoid wasted appointments.
If you are calling for your results, we only be providing these between 11am-3pm.
