Appointments System

Appointment can be made by PATCHS either online or telephone. We offer 10 minute appointments.

The PATCHS system allows patients to consult with a healthcare professional online. It works in the following way:

  • The patient submits a PATCH to the practice
  • The practice reviews every PATCH
  • The practice decides right care for the patient as given below:
    • One way message with advice or information to the patient
    • Telephone consultation
    • Video consultation
    • F2F Consultation with health care professional from the practice
Please be punctual for your appointment. If you wish to see a specific doctor or nurse, please be aware there may be a delay. Urgent cases will always be seen on the same day.The surgery is also pleased to offer telephone consultations for your convenience. If you require advice regarding your illness, please speak to the receptionist. She will advise you when the doctor or the nurse will return your call.
